Low SafeRent Score

I applied for an apartment, but faied to get approved because my SafeRent score was low. My Fico is ok (aroud 700), so how come I have a low SafeRent score?

I’m surprised you even know your SafeRent score. Were exactly did you get it? Property managers aren’t supposed to disclose it to customers, and it certainly wasn’t disclosed in the adverse action letter you received.

Never the less, it’s not surprising at all that your SafeRent score is low. As CoreLogic itself states, “Please note, this score, while incorporating credit as a factor, is not the same as the score you would receive from one of the national credit reporting agencies. It is generally much lower than a credit bureau score“.
