    It’s a scam

Any company that claims it can remove bankruptcies and foreclosures is lying, and is trying to scam you. The only thing they can remove is money from your wallet.

Don’t let the “law firm” in their name fool you. No firm can remove accurate info from your file, even if they are in fact licensed attorneys. As per the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), most negative information remains on your credit report for a maximum of 7-1/2 yrs, and no one can remove information that is accurate (See this for more information).

At most, you will be left with the same report, less a few hundred dollars. In a less favorable scenario they can get you messed up with the federal government because of using fraudulent tactics, and you can even face charges (read this).

    No

Accurate facts cannot be removed by anyone. You rebuild your credit by paying current and future bills on time.
