Which companies provide tenant reports?
CoreLogic SafeRent & LexisNexis
The tenant report is a specialty market. There are many companies that provide tenant & rental history reports, but from my experience as a condo rental manager, CoreLogic SafeRent & LexisNexis are considered the 2 major tenant screening agencies.
CoreLogic Safe Rent provides landlords with formation on your rental history, court records & sex offender status. It also sells this information to third party companies for employment & rental screening purposes.
The second large company that provides tenant reports is LexisNexis, but I’m not familiar with their services.
